The kitchen - updated with stainless steel appliances - includes a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The home sits on five acres with a storage barn and greenhouse, fencing for pets, a large grassy field, 650 feet of Walker Creek running through it and a small, natural pond. It can be your own private oasis a stone's throw away from approximately 3,000 acres of Stoltz conservation land. You'll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with easy access to it all. The home is only eight minutes from downtown Whitefish and 20 minutes from Big Mountain/Whitefish Resort village. We're hoping to find just the right renters - smart, responsible, and communicative lovers of nature please apply! Because we are first and foremost focused on finding great people who will love and enjoy the space, we are open to renting the home on different terms and for different lengths of time. Our current preference is to have someone enjoy the home for the whole summer, or to have someone adopt this residence as their long-term residence in Whitefish. For a furnished summer rental, we anticipate rent to be approximately $6500 per month. As a home rented on a yearly basis, rent will be approximately $3500 per month.
