Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all vacation rental properties - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and oversee the repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities through task management software - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services - Complete projects in a timely and efficient manner and track all expenditures related to maintenance services - Provide weekly maintenance of hot tubs and servicing as needed - Provide snow removal services as needed, snowblower and hand work only (no plowing) Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC - At least 1 year experience maintaining hot tubs - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform repairs efficiently - Availability on nights and weekends as needed - Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum and perform physical and routine activities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently - Valid driver's license Note:
