This position REQUIRES WEEKEND AVAILABLITLITY, is about 8 hours per week with the option of additional hours if desired and available.
These hours can be done all on Saturday or be broken up to be completed over the weekend (between Friday night & Sunday).
These accounts are primarily cleaning of the common area's of business, condo & apartment buildings (WE DO NOT CLEAN VACATION RENTALS!).
Our accounts are never late at night! We clean thoroughly and do GREAT work so we are looking for someone who can pay attention to detail and take pride in doing their work to the best of their ability.
Pay starts at $16/hour with raises at 30, 60 & 90 days What we are looking for:
a smart phone (to clock in and out with), ability to pay attention to detail, reliable transportation on a daily basis, ability to work independently and/or as a TEAM is necessary.
Also self-motivation, complete honesty, hard-working, and showing up for work on all scheduled shifts are necessary requirements in a prospective employee.
Prior cleaning experience not required but an attitude willing to follow directions and learn is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
