The ideal candidate will have a friendly and patient personality, be able to handle a busy patient waiting room, have chiropractic knowledge or experience and accurately follow procedures.
Main Job Responsibilities Greet and register patients according to established procedures Assist patients in completing all necessary forms including medical insurance Answer incoming calls Schedule appointments Collect co-pays and payments Ensure reception area is well maintained Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality Requirements Knowledge of MS Office including Adobe, Excel, Word Ability to remain positive, helpful, and productive within a fast-paced office environment Excellent communication and problem solving skills Analytical and able to follow directions accurately and with limited supervision Can-do attitude Please email a current resume for consideration.
