Full-time Requirements:
Prior Banking experience required Minimum of one year clerical/administrative experience Computer proficiency required - Microsoft Office Word, Excel Must be bondable
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers, including walk-ins, emails, phone calls, or through ITM machines Perform opening and closing duties Help customers who request counter checks, cashier's checks, debit card orders and pin changes, change order requests, and providing Online banking support by setting up new users and unlocking account access Verification of wire transfers to customer accounts Collect, sort, log, and correctly distribute incoming mail and packages Manage bank returned mail and log all packages Responsible for setting up any lobby customer thank you events Maintain lobby seating area and keep water and coffee stocked Current knowledge of banking products and services with the ability to make recommendations to customers in order to cross sell products Maintaining knowledge of Bank policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations/compliance requirements Oversee the supply room, ordering supplies as requested from staff and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked Assist lenders with customer communications as requested
