We are looking for a Cafe Lead in our Whitefish cafe.
Cafe Leads work shifts while guiding staff through the day ensuring a high quality of service and product standards are met.
They manage breaks, adjust staffing levels, and handle a variety of additional tasks under the guidance of the Cafe Manager.
Strong and compassionate leadership ability is necessary to thrive in this role.
Weekend availability is required.
