Sales Floor Associates (Budtenders) are responsible for providing friendly, energetic and knowledgable customer service on the sales floor while maintaining compliance per program rules set by the State of Montana.
The ideal candidate has retail/service experience with an eye for detail and a desire to learn about the cannabis industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must! You get tips on top of the hourly pay, so the better customer service given means more cash for you! Healthcare benefits are available to full time employees, these start 60 days from date of hire.

Candidates must have a reliable form of transportation and possess a valid form of ID (i.

driver's license, passport, etc).
The Cannabis Control Division requires all employees to have a Cannabis Control Division Worker Permit as a legal requirement for compliance.
Candidates who already have a CCD worker permit or have submitted an application for one will get priority in our hiring process.
